A man was arrested and charged with theft related charges after he allegedly stole bicycle seats belonging to women, according to police reports in Japan. Kanagawa Police said they have arrested a
man for stealing electric bike seats belonging to women in a housing complex at 4:00 am. After searching the home of Joji Kondo, police found another 200 seats. According to police, Kondo admitted to the theft. He told police: "I want to smell the
lingering scent of a woman."
The 35-year-old also said: "I like the texture of the skin and the smell it has. I lick and smell it." The three seats were valued at 18,000 yen,and the other 200 seats are estimated to cost over 1.2 million yen. According to an investigation, Kondo targeted bikes that were also equipped with
child seats, so he knew it had a female driver.
