This lady was smartly dressed in a miniskirt and was headed to her workplace when she was confronted by a group of idle men in the streets of kampala who stripped her n'aked and humiliated her badly in broad daylight.Those rowdy men claimed that the lady's dress code was too provocative and there is no way they were going to tolerate that. Two wrongs doesn't make a right!
